Consultant Income and Incentives

As a SCOUT Consultant you determine your hours, your business direction and your financial objectives.

A SCOUT business can provide an additional income stream to your existing job, studies or day to day family responsibilities by working part time around your main commitments.

Alternatively, you can manage your business to build a substantial income by focussing on personal sales, team sponsorship and leadership. The choice is yours.

 SCOUT offers a business model and compensation plan that can be managed to suit your career goals and personal needs.

Personal Income Potential - its simple

You can earn profit of up to 35% on your net sales each month plus additional bonuses and incentives for higher sales volumes.

Additionally, by building your own SCOUT distribution team you can further develop your career path and earnings potential.  We call this ‘sponsorship earning potential’ and is based on you team’s sales.

At SCOUT we understand that people have a variety of objectives for their business. 

For example, a SCOUT Consultant qualifies for a 20% discount on all purchases and has no minimum sales targets. So you can purchase cosmetics for yourself and your family and have fun building your business at your own pace and in harmony with your other commitments.

Alternatively you can facilitate clinics and earn even more, up to 35% of net sales.

For example, as a Senior Consultant, if you hold 1 SCOUT clinic each week for a month with average net sales of $500 per clinic ($2000 total sales for the month), your income per month would be $700 (1 clinic per week at $500 net sales per clinic x 4 weeks x 35%).

 Our experience is a clinic requires about four hours of your time (preparation, clinic and follow up).

Each month all monies earned are electronically paid into a nominated bank account, giving you immediate access to your earnings.

So the more you clinics you attend the more you earn.

When you retain a client relationship, you earn income when they reorder product in the future.

And remember, you can build a substantial income in addition to personal sales by sponsoring others into your team.

Please Note: we have chosen to use a conservative $500 estimate of average net sale in this example.

Our consultants frequently achieve sales higher than assumed here and enjoy a higher level of income.
