I have never been a person who wears makeup, especially on a daily basis. This is slowly changing after I discovered Scout Cosmetics. It is make up that does not feel like it is plastered on. The party that I hosted was full of cosmetic cynics for my  selected guests in attendance were very familiar with the cosmetic arena as a whole and like many,  they  too had to tried most commercial brands with no outstanding results.

I absolutely cannot do without your botanical conditioner. Having very dry, frizzy/curly hair I have always struggled to tame it even when it was much shorter. I have tried endless products, sometimes even a mixture of products at the same time but have never been satisfied with the final result. Either they are too heavy and weigh my hair down with build up, or don't actually moisturise my hair but rather coat it with the effect of straightening some bits and leaving other bits frizzy. Anti frizz oils and serums just leave my hair greasy, stiff and heavy and as my hair dries, the curls don't form with a natural look. I use the SCOUT botanical conditioner daily and actually leave it in, concentrating on my ends and "It is amazing". It leaves my hair hydrated and moisturised all day. Curls are left well formed and defined, not to mention natural looking.

The Mineral Powder Foundation is another SCOUT product that I love. It is light, easy to apply and I feel I have more control over coverage. Liquid foundation feels heavy for me during the day, especially in summer when I have to deal with perspiration too! I do use liquid foundation to cover spots and for a night out with a light powder on top.

Sylvie, you have given me a new experience with your products and I am for the first time ever, feeling confident using cosmetics. I have gone from using make-up maybe once a month (for a night out) to now NOT being able to leave the house without it. Knowing they are natural or organic makes a world of difference. Thanks for opening up new possibilities, its a great feeling.

Hi Sylvie,

I have never used much make-up and am not that practised or comfortable applying it, preferring a more "natural" look.  However, after attending one of your cosmetics parties I purchased some light liquid foundation and translucent powder and have to say it is the first time I have found a light type of foundation which I am comfortable wearing on a daily basis.  It is not too heavy, blends well and looks natural.  I'm also happy that it is made from natural ingredients.  Altogether a pleasant surprise!  Thanks, Shauna.

Just love your Scout range Sylvie. Totally converted by your shampoo and conditioner.  I have to admit no matter how many organic ingredients are included I would not use it unless it actually worked, so I was thrilled to find it actually does.   My hair feels soft, manageable, I don’t have to wash it so often and more importantly, it doesn’t fade my very expensive colour.

 Thanks also for showing me how to update my make up, it does wonders for my confidence, love the smoky eye look and the foundation not only is, but feels really natural and light.

Hi, received make up last Thursday - thank you! I deliberately did not reply straight away as I want to give you feed back on the products once I had used them a few days. Firstly, I love all the products especially the mascara it is fabulous I can wear it every day and it does not irritate my eyes the first ever I don't even know I am wearing it (sounds like a commercial - but its true). The kabuki brush makes putting in the mineral make up lightening fast and it feels so luxurious to use - the mineral makeup gives a great finish over the creme foundation. Thank you for the lip gloss which I have been using over the lip stick. My only suggestion would be maybe the lip gloss could have a nice taste ie peppermint, cinnamon (natural) etc... Other wise I am very impressed with the range thus far and looking forward to buying more goodies from you. Tracey
